Director

With an impeccable record as Corporate Director at Interserve, with over 25 years’ experience in a variety of Board roles, both in the UK and International, working in multiple sectors including Construction, Facilities Management, Private Finance, Skills and Education.

Having benefited from excellent training and development at Interserve, Robert is passionate about attracting and developing talent in organisations to meet today’s skills needs.

His unique combination of understanding of the skills needed to deliver the day job, combined with knowledge of the Skills and Education sectors, ensures that apprenticeship programmes delivered meet the business’s strategic goals.

Robert is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and has excellent industry connections across professional bodies including CBI, CMI, ICE, CITB, RICS and AELP.  He is also a member of the Leadership and Management Trailblazer Group.

Jeremy Mead

Director – Resilience Tools

Jeremy’s primary responsibility is to design the leadership programmes in order to exceed to needs of the organisations. He also assures quality of delivery from the Resilience Consultants directly delivering the programme.

As Vice President for Leadership Development for Unilever, Jeremy lead the development and implementation of transformational leadership programmes for senior leaders. For the last 13 years he has worked as a coach, leadership trainer and developer and senior team facilitator for organisations across the globe.  He has coached the board of a well established children’s hospice and worked with NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement to create new directions for the organisation.  Jeremy has over 20 year’s experience in strategic and operational roles both in academia and multinationals.  Jeremy is a Member of the Association for Coaching

Rachel McGill

Director – Resilience Tools

Rachel has over 15 years of experience of developing and delivering transformational leadership programmes across a wide range of sectors and organisations.  She is a Director of Sunray Seven and Resilience Tools which provide the consultancy and tools to build Resilience Leadership in individuals, teams and organisations.  In the Public Sector Rachel has worked with the leadership team of a care home to establish the basis for a high performing team.  Subsequently they role-modelled great leadership behaviour to their direct reports and established an environment of excellence for their clients.

In her early career as a consultant she worked with the Oxford Radcliffe Hospital Trust to anticipate the risks of a major change initiative from the practitioner and patient point of view.  The resulting stakeholder mapping and communication planning she did with the project team anticipated and resolved a number of potentially damaging blockers to the transformation.
