Our new approach focuses on ensuring managers develop the interpersonal skills and behaviours necessary to be exceptional leaders, funded by the Apprenticeship Levy.

Our programmes provide organisations with a clear development pathway for all managers. JRV Associates Leadership Development programmes are uniquely designed to develop behaviour using Resilience Tools and the Chartered Management Institute’s Learning Journeys to support learning.

Our programmes recognise the importance of behaviours are at the heart of good management. Therefore the core element to the programme is using Resilience Tools, supported with curriculum/ blended learning development tools from the Chartered Management Institute.

Important to know:

  • Apprenticeship Training must be delivered by an approved Apprenticeship Training Provider

  • An on-going dialogue between employer, training organisation and learner is vital

    This ensures that the programme stays on the right track, delivering the right outcomes for the learner and the business.
